Jio Introduced 'Suspend & Resume' Feature for the Sim| You can now suspend your sim for a specific amount of time

We all know that Reliance Jio is doing every possible thing to capture the market but this all new feature of 'Suspend and Resume' is surely gonna attract customers. Let's take a look at this feature.
The 'Suspend and Resume' feature allows the customer to suspend their sim in case they lost the sim or the device.
To suspend a sim one has to follow the steps mentioned below :-
•Open your account through the website of Reliance Jio i.e., www.jio.com/myaccount .
•After logging in your account, click on the option of 'Suspend and Resume'. After clicking on the option you will get a drop-down menu. There are two choices under the Suspend feature: SIM Damaged and SIM/Device Lost.
•Click on the option you want to choose and then your sim will be suspended temporarily and immediately. Though both the options have different name but there function is similar.
•The feature of 'Resume' will only be available when you have suspended your sim. The service will thus resume immediately after clicking on the 'resume' option.
Though this feature is currently available on the company website only but soon will be available on the MyJio App also.
In India, no other operator offers this facility of suspension of sim card. Earlier Tata Docomo introduce the feature of 'Suspend and Resume' but it required many steps thus making it complicated to suspend and resume the sim. Thus this feature is surely benefit the customers if they lost their sim/device.
Introducing this feature is benefiting the company in a great manner.
